Whether you are an established supplements retailer or just starting out in the supplements industry, wouldn't it be nice not to have to worry about product shelf-life, financial outlay on stock before making your own sales, as well as all the hassles associated with stock-keeping and order fulfilment?

At Specialist Supplements Ltd, we offer our re-sellers a unique "on-demand" option, which means that you only purchase wholesale supplements from us as and when you make your own retail sales. 

We have no minimum orders, which means that you can place an order for as few as one product from us at a time, when your customers place orders with you. 

This is great for cash flow and means that you don't have to worry about buying stock in bulk, storing stock, shelf-life, keeping inventory, picking, packing or posting. We do all that for you! All you need to think about is making sales. 

How on-demand supplements work

Our business model means that you can initiate a quick start-up business or product range, with no obstacles.

All of our products are potted under GMP and/or ISO standards following production, ready for next day shipping (either using your own private labels or our company labels).

What this means in practice is that you can "call off" our products and services as and when you need them, with a fast-turnaround. 

Depending on the size, time it is placed and our current workload, orders can be shipped out the same day, but it is normally within 1 to 2 business days.

Our on-demand supplements service is based on the "dropshipping" model, sometimes referred to as "direct dispatch". 

Automatically available to all registered trade customers, our dropshipping service is provided free of charge (we do not charge a fulfilment or pick and pack fee). All you pay is the postage fee which is based on the total order weight, destination etc.

Dropshipping involves the following easy steps:

  1. You advertise and sell our products (e.g. on your website or via other sales platforms / methods).
  2. Your customer places an order with you and pays you the retail price you set, e.g. £13.99.
  3. You then log into your secure account on this website, select the products for your customer’s order and pay the trade price for the product, e.g. £5.99.​
  4. Your profit is therefore the retail price you charged your customer, less the trade price you paid us, e.g. £13.99 less £5.99 = £8.00 (this example does not take into account postage charges, VAT etc).
  5. We then post the order out for you, directly to your customer anywhere in the world. They will think it has come from you. You will receive an automatic email notification when you place the order and when the order has been dispatched.

Each dropship order will contain the products you ordered, along with a delivery note which you can personalise with your company details and logo for a small extra fee. Otherwise the delivery slip will be unbranded - there is NO mention of our company name on any dropship media or packaging, unless you sell under our branding.

Can I have private labels with on-demand supplements?

Yes! We have bespoke print technology which means that, even if you have set up personalised branded product labels with us (the private label option), you can still access our no-fee dropshipping system. 

Our print systems mean that we can produce just one label for an order - there are no minimum runs. Similarly, we are set up to produce hundreds of labels at a time. It is up to you - we can accommodate orders (and businesses) of all sizes. 

So if you wish to re-sell our wholesale supplements under your own labels, this is no problem. We can still dispatch your orders on-demand and at no extra cost for the private labelling aspect. We print your labels and label your products free of charge and there is still no minimum order.

Are there any setup costs to get started with your company?

This is entirely up to you, based on what you are trying to achieve and what your budget is. 

If you choose to re-sell our wholesale supplements under our Specialist Supplements Ltd branding, and you have an existing means of doing so (such as a social media presence or website), you can get started straight away with NO financial outlay in advance of making your own sales. We supply you with high quality images of our branded products, as well as a host of free marketing materials (such as posters, web banners etc). 

If you wish to set up your own branding for the products, there is a small one-off setup fee to do this. However, we ensure that our pricing is highly affordable and very competitive, to support our start-up customers and get them selling as fast as possible.
