What is the Prescription Service?

Many practitioners use products from a wide range of suppliers or they consult from a number of different practices. As such, they either choose not to, or are unable to, hold stock. Similarly, the dropship option may not be appropriate for everyone. 

We therefore offer our trade customers an alternative - a “prescription service” which allows you to recommend specific Specialist Supplements products to your customers, in return for commission payments on the sales that we make as a result. 

How does it work?

It’s simple:

1. You give a completed Prescription Service Form to your customer, which sets out which Specialist Supplements products to recommend that they buy.
2. They call us directly to order the products that they want.
3. You earn commission on the sale.

> Your sales per month: When your customers call to order from us, they will pay our standard retail prices. Each customer purchase will be logged as a sale for commission to your company / name. Subsequent purchases from your customers will automatically be filed for commission to your company / name.

> Your commission: We pay a healthy 25% commission on our Net (excl VAT) retail price! Your commission payment will be made via BACS into your bank account by the 20th of each month and we will email you the monthly sales report.

How do I sign up to the Prescription Service. 

Firstly, you will need to be a registered trade customer. Once your trade account is set up, contact us about signing up to our Prescription Service.
