Define the range and audience
Set the Trade audience, product roles, format mix, own-label or resale route and reason each item belongs in the initial range. Keep the range understandable before adding extra products.
Prepare product and evidence records
For each selected product, gather identity, label version, ingredients, allergens, directions, warnings, images, specifications and relevant current documents. Record evidence limits rather than filling gaps with assumptions.
Plan the customer journey
Map product content, FAQs, enquiry route, customer-service owner, returns or escalation questions and approved Trade access. Keep prices and member-only information behind the approved account route.
Set launch checks and review dates
Record who approves copy, artwork, images, documents and hub links, then set a review trigger for product, label, evidence, guidance or customer feedback changes. Specialist Supplements Ltd — trading since 1995 — supports approved Trade discussions within current scope. Reviewed 2 November 2026.
| Review area | Record | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Exact product, version or route | Not every product or market |
| Evidence | Issuer, date, scope and linked reference | Not blanket approval |
| Decision | Reviewer, owner, date and next action | Not legal or technical advice |
