Re-sell our supplements

We are suppliers of a wide range of high quality health foods, herbals and food supplements. As a registered trade customer, you will be able to re-sell our market-ready products. However, please note, products are not included in the Pack and need to be purchased separately. For more information about our product range, please use the Category menu or visit individual product pages.

Own label setup and product images

Start your very own brand of health foods and supplements with personalised product labels! As part of the Pack, we will set up, design and print all of your labels for placed orders. We will also produce multi-angled images of your own brand products, for use on your website and in marketing materials etc. Stand out from your competitors, add prestige to your company and build your own professional brand by re-selling our products under your own labels / branding. E-commerce website creation

As part of the pack, we will set up a personalised, fully functional e-commerce website for you that is pre-loaded with details of our products (featuring your own label images) and basic descriptions. Your site will be:

  • personalised with your branding (i.e. featuring your logo and colour scheme)
  • a fully-functional shopping cart with payment gateways (PayPal as standard, others can be added by you following handover)
  • optimised in terms of design, layout and navigation.

Slideshow creation

As part of your e-commerce website build, we will design x3 homepage slideshow banners for you, featuring the products of your choice - a fantastic way to grab the attention of your customers.

Logo

As part of the Pack, we will design a company logo for you (should one be required).

Poster design

A poster is a fantastic way to promote your new company and range. As part of the Pack, we will design a poster featuring 1 or 2 of your products (or some text about your business), and it will be personalised with your branding. The poster would be supplied to you at A4 size as a pdf, ready for you to print off and distribute. Please note, print is not included.

Business card, letterhead and compliment slip design

Having a suite of stationary that is personalised with your branding, inspires confidence in your company and gives customers the impression of a professional outfit. It also helps to build your brand. As part of the Pack, we will provide you with a business card, letterhead and compliment slip design. These would be supplied to you as pdfs, ready for you to print off and distribute. Please note, print is not included.

Trade Member PLUS membership

Included in the Pack is a trade account upgrade to Trade Member PLUS for a period of 2 years. Dropship service option

We offer our trade customers a convenient, reliable and fast dropshipping service (also known as direct dispatch). In other words, we send our products (with your own label, if you have opted for it) direct to your customers and they think they have come from you. No Specialist Supplements Ltd literature is included in the order. This service means that you don't have to purchase and hold any stock, or waste valuable time packing and posting. Important points:

  1. To purchase a Start a Business pack, you will need to be a registered trade customer. It is also recommended to read the Websites and Hosting FAQs, which will answer many of your queries about the process.
  2. Should you require technical support or additional work on your website following the design and build, please contact us for a quote. We charge on a per incident basis for technical support, at a minimum of £30 plus VAT. However, all work will be quoted for on the basis of its precise requirements. After handover of the website, we provide 2 weeks of aftercare service, however it is important that you familiarise yourself with the running of the website, and read the user guides. You will be solely responsible for the running of the website. We do not offer continual support after this point, so it is important that before you make your purchase you will feel confident that this is something you will be able to do. This website requires the user to have at least a basic level of computer literacy.
  3. The website design will follow that of the demo site here. If you require anything more bespoke, please contact us.
  4. If you have (or are considering) a different hosting service to Krystal (our recommended provider), please ensure you check that the Wordpress platform is supported (ie PHP 7.3+, MySQL 5.6+ versions, Linux server with cPanel). We recommend not using GoDaddy or One.com hosting due to previous issues we have encountered with security and speed.
  5. It will soon become a requirement by Wordpress that the hosting used has an SSL certificate. This currently comes free with Krystal hosting (as above), but if you are choosing another hosting platform, you must ensure that this is included.
  6. If there is additional admin involved in assisting with accessing your hosting (e.g. because you have opted for a supplier other than our recommended one), additional costs may be involved and we would need to charge you on an adhoc basis. We would liaise with you before incurring any additional costs.
  7. The website will be built using the Wordpress platform, with the Woocommerce plug-in.
